This is the best comedy I have ever watched. it had a goal: make fun of bureaucracy and desire to look good for the press. the goal was reached, circled around the globe and reached again. a major part of the comedy of this movie is hidden in presentation – the flow of the huge administrative machine. it won’t speed up for unimportant parts, neither it will slow down to enjoy moments of glory. my advice – experience the movie not as a story on screen, but as a presentation of assignment, which had to be researched, written, checked, animated, presented – just because the board of directors wanted it.

I am not able to understand why it only got 6 imdb perhaps people think that its only satire and watched a comedy movie. by the way, its great movie showing that there are things in this world no matter how hard you try you cannot change. Great performance and cinematography. It shows how politicians see the war and how one soldier sees the war. Great dialogues, if you are finding some movie with deeper meanings than you will not be disappointed.
